I handle emails and communication between your builder, architect, designer, trades or anyone involved so nothing gets missed, buried or left unanswered. I keep the line of communication open to free you up and consolidate your time. Correspondence kept in one place, easy to find when you need them. Decode construction jargon and follow up on communication until it’s resolved.

Meeting Prep and Notes

Prepare meeting questions, attend site meetings, take notes and follow up with an email summary on your behalf. I can explain construction terms, advise you on what to ask and flag what to check before any approvals.

Your architect shapes the plans, your designer creates the interiors, and your builder brings it all to life. I’m the one who stays in your corner throughout. From emails and meetings to follow-ups, electrical walkthroughs and warranty reviews, I’m with you for as long as you need me.

  • Yes, I don’t build anything. Your contractor builds your home and I help you and your builder communicate clearly and stay on the same page.

  • Fees are calculated based on a review of home plans, size, complexity and level of services required. From base level consultations, to full service guidance, each price package is curated to suit the owners needs.

  • Anytime you need it. At design conception, half way into the build or at warranty period, there’s no wrong time.

  • No, I am not a substitute for any of these professionals. While I am a certified home inspector, this expertise aides in the building process as a tool to stay informed. I do not perform formal home inspections throughout the build but can offer professional guidance along the way.

  • I love working with builders! Like a designer or architect, I work with you, and I want the relationship with your builder to stay friendly and professional from start to finish. Even if a disagreement arises, most builders are reasonable and professional, and respectful, clear communication usually leads to a good resolution. I suggest introducing me early, so your builder knows my role, who to contact and how information will flow.
