Jaclyn has spent her career in Calgary’s home building industry, and quite literally grew up on a job site. Her father was a builder and her mother a designer, so building and moving was part of everyday life from childhood.

She began her career as a client liaison with a large production builder, moved to a custom home builder, and most recently as a certified residential home inspector. Through every role, one thing stayed the same: her love of the building process.

In her experience, the gap between what builders and homeowners expect rarely closes without clear communication. Even for experienced homeowners, building a home can feel like a second job. Jaclyn founded Del Mar Build Concierge to carry that load, keeping everything moving so her clients can enjoy the journey.
